Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to President of the Federative Republic of Brazil HE Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
