DOHA: The weather is going to be windy and dusty today and tomorrow affecting visibility.
The Met Office has forecast fresh to strong winds accompanied with dust at times for today and tomorrow.
Horizontal visibility in the open areas and highways will be affected as a result.
Wind speed will be 12 to 20 knots an hour, at times even reaching up to 25 knots, the Met Office said in a special bulletin yesterday.
Offshore, the wind speed will be reaching between 15 and 30 knots an hour at places, leading to tumultuous sea with waves four to eight feet high.
The direction of the wind will be northwesterly. The windy and dusty weather will peak tomorrow, having been caused by a deepening of low Indian monsoon, said the forecast.

Tomorrow the mercury level is expected to reach up to 38 degrees Celsius, with humidity levels coming down slightly to 70 percent.
