BAGHDAD: An Iraqi Army officer and a soldier were killed and five others were wounded in a suicide attack in Ana district at western Anbar on Thursday.
A security source told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA ) that a suicide bomber, driving a car loaded with explosives, attacked an army checkpoint in the district.
The attack killed an army officer with first lieutenant rank and a soldier and wounded five other soldiers, he added. (QNA)
