Doha: An Inter-School Chess Tournament for Indian Schools was conducted by Noble International School in association with Indian Sports Centre.
Students of Bhavans Public School won the overall championship in the tournament among 17 CBSE schools in Qatar.
From Bhavans Public School, under 17 years category, Alan Byju secured the first prize, under 14 years, Aman Anupama Smith got first prize and Jayaditya Gantayet received the second prize.
Bhavans Public School was declared the overall champion of the tournament by securing maximum points in the tournament.
