The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received yesterday a written message from Djibouti’s President Ismail Omar Guelleh on relations and issues of mutual interest. The Foreign Minister H E Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah received Guelleh’s Investment Affairs Adviser Fahmy Al Hajj who presented the message.
