BAGHDAD: Unidentified gunmen killed 12 people after storming a house in eastern Baghdad in a late hour last night.
A police source told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA ) that unknown gunmen stormed the house believed to be used for prostitution in Zayouna district in eastern Baghdad, killing seven women and five men, then fled.
Meanwhile, Eight students were killed in an armed attack on Wednesday morning in the Shirqat district of Saladin, north of Baghdad
A security source told NINA that unidentified gunmen opened fire on students at the intermediate level while they were going to school, in the Atha area of Shirqat district.
He added that the attack resulted in the deaths of 8 students, while the gunmen fled. (QNA)
