Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and President of Ukraine HE Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed the latest developments in Ukraine, primarily the international community's efforts to stop the fighting, protect civilians and keep all communication channels open in order to resolve the crisis through dialogue and diplomatic means.
This came during a phone call HH the Amir received today from HE the Ukrainian President.
The call touched on the State of Qatar's ongoing mediation efforts to reunite Ukrainian children with their families back in Ukraine, separated by the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, in addition to discussing bilateral relations and the prospects for strengthening them.
