Doha: Ooredoo has recorded an increase in satisfaction with its Postpaid Shahry service with the Customer Satisfaction Index reaching almost 84 percent, the highest rate since Q1 of last year.
Index results are compiled through a survey of Shahry customers on subjects including network quality, pricing and Internet speeds. Scores for each subject are compiled into an overall mean percentage.
Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, Director,  Community & Public Relations, said: “Year 2014 will be exciting for Ooredoo as we push towards a more digital and customer-driven service.
“The index result for Q4 shows us that we ended the year on a high; and with our upcoming changes, our popular Shahry service will become better.”
To help keep satisfaction level at its peak, Ooredoo will release #ShahryTips on social media as part of its upcoming Ooredoo Smart campaign.
