Staff Maj. Gen. Saad bin Jassim Al Khulaifi, Director, Public Security and Chairman, Permanent Emergency Committee at the Ministry of Interior, and Dr Kelly Otter, Dean, Georgetown University in Washington, signed a letter of intent for coordination and cooperation in the fields of strategic studies, research and scholarships. The deal also covers organisation of conferences, symposiums and educational programmes and exchange of visits.
