Doha: The State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Culture and several Qatari publishers, concluded its active participation in the 54th edition of the Cairo International Book Fair (CIBF), which wrapped up on Monday evening.
Over the 12-day CIBF, Qatari publishers including the Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) Press, Dar Al Watad for Publishing and Distribution, Katara Publishing House and Roza Publishing House reviewed their most prominent publications related to the cultural aspect and the authentic customs established in the Qatari society, as well as the important role of the State of Qatar in promoting the national identity of children and youth, in addition to supporting culture and creativity in the Arab world. They also showcased the Qatari publications in various fields of arts, literature and knowledge.
