Doha: The Qatari-Tajik joint labour committee held a meeting yesterday in the Tajik capital, Dushanbe, chaired by Minister of Labour H E Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri and Minister of Labour, Immigration and Population Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan H E Gulnara Hassanzadeh.
The committee discussed aspects of joint cooperation and exchange of experiences in the labour field, facilitating the recruitment of specialised labourers from Tajikistan, mechanisms for implementing the agreement signed between the two countries regarding the organisation of the workforce, and other topics on the agenda.
