DOHA: The Ministry of Transport will soon issue a tender for a mega project to construct four new truck parking areas in the country. Private companies will be invited to participate in the design, construction, financing, management of the facilities, Al Sharq reported quoting a ministry source. The project aims to reduce traffic congestions inside the city and address complaints about trucks parking in some residential areas, said the daily.
