DOHA: Qatar Central Securities Depository (QCSD) announced yesterday that it had amended the foreign ownership percentage in the shares of a number of companies listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE), to become 49 percent. The changes will take effect starting today.
The companies that will see the change are Qatar Electricity and Water Company, Qatar Islamic Bank, Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company and Industries Qatar.
