Qatar and Algeria yesterday signed minutes of the exchange of ratification instruments related to several agreements. Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al Sahlawi, Director of the Arab Affairs at the Foreign Ministry (right) and Abdulfattah Zayani, Algerian Ambassador, signed the documents at the ministry yesterday.
