Doha Insurance Group (DIG) announced the opening of a new branch located in Navigation building (Zone B showroom) in the Industrial Area.
Sheikh Nawaf Nasser bin Khalid Al Thani, Chairman of DIG, said: “The new branch of the Group has started offering its services by the end of 2016. It specialises mainly in handling motor claims, in addition to providing Motor insurance products (comprehensive and third party).”
The Management of the group has ensured that a sufficient number of qualified staff were appointed to guarantee that all transactions are completed promptly. Also, the vast number of parking spaces was taken into consideration when selecting the branch location.”
The opening the new branch is in line with the Group's strategy to expand locally and regionally.
Sheikh Nawaf added: “Doha Insurance Group is in the process of launching its new innovative online ‘Claim Management Programme’ to organise and manage motor claims. The programme will provide Group’ customers with quicker responses and assures immediate follow-up to their motor claims, enabling them to submit and complete their claims online without the need to visit our premises, including transfer the damaged vehicles’ reports to specific repair workshops via e-mails.
"We are always keen to improve our performance in terms of serving our customers, because we are aware of their need for support and assistance at all times, especially when it comes to claims,” he said.
