The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani with Spain’s Minister of Defence Pedro Morenes Eulate at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. Eulate delivered a written message from King of Spain Juan Carlos to the Emir congratulating him on assuming the reins of power in the country.
