Hundreds of Israeli settlers break into Al-Aqsa mosque

Occupied Jerusalem: Hundreds of Israeli settlers broke into Al-Aqsa mosque on Sunday morning amid intensive deployment of the occupation forces in the mosque.

Palestinian sources and eyewitnesses inside Al-Aqsa mosque said that successive groups began to break into the Aqsa Gate through the Mughraba Gate and toured its squares. Some of them also performed their religious rituals during the incursion, as well as tours and prayers on the doors of the mosque from the outside.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures on the entrance of worshipers to the blessed mosque, and their personal cards were held on the gates of the mosque.

On the other hand, local sources said that the Israeli occupation forces carried out a campaign of arrests, including storming homes and vandalising and confiscating funds. the number of detainees reached 14 Palestinians in different areas of the West Bank.
