DOHA: Ooredoo has announced that its popular 2-for-1 Nojoom cinema promotion is back, offering members the chance to redeem two cinema tickets for the same Nojoom points’ value as one ticket, in time for blockbuster movie releases this month.
Nojoom members would normally redeem a movie ticket for 1,600 Nojoom points, but until November 22, they can now get a second ticket free for the same amount of points.
The promotional tickets will be valid at theatres in Villaggio and City Center Mall.
There are no restrictions on the time and day tickets can be used, so customers can visit cinemas during the week and on weekends. The promotion, introduced earlier in the year, has been re-launched due to demand, as Ooredoo aims to continuously enhance Nojoom membership experience in 2014.
This month will see a host of hits in cinemas, including comedy Dumb and Dumber To, the long-awaited The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, and family favourite The Penguins of Madagascar.
Ooredoo has also announced partnerships, including with Joyalukkas, Ahli Bank, Barwa Bank, Uber and Azadea Qanz Cards. Every Ooredoo customer with a Qatar ID can enrol as a Nojoom member to earn points each time they purchase an Ooredoo service or use Nojoom’s earn partners. There are over 150 Nojoom partners in Qatar and abroad where points can be redeemed.
