DOHA: Inspectors from the Ministry of Economy and Commerce detected 81 violations during raids in November.
These included no announcements of prices and services, poor display of items and their descriptions, wrong information on items for sale, and selling expired food. The ministry will disclose the names of the violators if a decision to close any of the outlets is taken. The decision will be published on the ministry’s website.
