DOHA: Abu Samra, on Saudi Arabia’s border, will be relatively colder than other places in the country today, with the weather bureau forecasting day temperature here at 17 degrees Celsius.
The night would be colder with the mercury levels falling to 11 degrees.
In Doha, the minimum temperature forecast is 13 degrees, while the maximum, 20 degrees. In Al Wakrah and Mesaieed, the minimum temperature expected is 12 degrees and the maximum, 20 degrees.
Dukhan and Al Khor would also likely have colder nights with the mercury dipping to 11 degrees, with day temperatures being 19 and 18 degrees, respectively.
Wind direction is forecast is to change from northwesterly to northeasterly, both inland and offshore. It wouldn’t be a windy day as wind speed forecast is between three and 12 knots, at time reaching up to 16 knots.
Visibility will be five to 10 kilometers. The bureau has issued no warnings for today.
