DOHA: Minister of Education, Higher Education and Secretary General of the Supreme Education Council (SEC), HE Saad bin Ibrahim Al Mahmoud has issued a ministerial decision appointing Dr. Khaled Mohammad Youssef Isa al-Horr as director of the Higher Education Committee.
Prior to that, Dr. al-Horr served as SEC's Higher Education Committee assistant director. (QNA)
