Doha: In the presence of Minister of Labor and Social Affairs H E Abdullah Saleh MubarekAl Khulaifi, the activities of Delni Campaign organised by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs came to a close yesterday.
The Minister inspected the exhibition held by schools participating in the 2013-2014 campaign which aims at promoting the concept of responsibility through values such as Islamic and National Identity. Al Khulaifi honoured agencies and partners supporting the campaign.
While extending his thanks to the Supreme Education Council for its support, Assistant Undersecretary for Social Affairs at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Ahmed Al Nasr said that the campaign has achieved its objectives in enhancing students’ national and Islamic identities through its various activities carried out by the schools.
Director of Social Protection Department at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Naji Al Aji pointed out that the number of the students taking part in this campaign has jumped from 20,000 in the last years to 42,000 students this year.
