DOHA: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has set up a committee to look into the cases of Qatari patients seeking treatment abroad.
A grievance committee has been formed to review applications rejected by the medical committee if applicants object to decisions. It will study cases and make recommendations, Al Sharq reports.
The medical committee was shifted recently from Supreme Council of Health to HMC to improve services.
