Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani also attended the talks. Qatar, represented by Qatar Development Fund (QDF), and the Palestinian Authority signed an agreement under which QDF will provide $100m as interest-free loan to the PA for developmental projects.
