DOHA: Ezdan Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has launched its official integrated Website (www.ezdanrealestate.qa).
The new website offers home seekers updated and easy search services for Ezdan properties and residential units. The website also provides an array of information on all services offered by the company along with the ability to contact the Customer Service Center through direct email.
The newly website features different E-services in order to effectively reach out to Ezdan’s burgeoning customer base. For instance, the number of its tenants exceeded 85,000, out of which 70,000 live in Al Wakrah and Al Wukair village only. The site also is an opportunity for the public and potential tenants to get to know more information about the real estate services provided by the company.
Ezdan Holding Group CEO Ali Al Obaidli (pictured) said: The launch of the official website for the Ezdan Real Estate comes in conjunction with the launch of the “Saken” service for integrated leasing, which operates over than 13 hours a day.
He added: “This is part of our strategy to run our real estate projects that we have started last year and willing to complete this year. Our strategy is based on integrated development of Ezdan assets and facilities through providing various services to smoothly meet clients’ needs and review potential tenants applications in a technical way.”
Al Obaidli said Ezdan is all set to complete current construction works and refurbishing process of about 20,000 units. The renovations of the units include furniture replacement and appliances change by installing water and electricity saving devices.
The new website consists of seven sections that include all information about the company, its projects, maintenance and development services provided in Ezdan villages and compounds, in addition to ‘ Saken’ service and a section for direct communication with the customer care center.
