Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces early Sunday, conducted a wide search and arrest campaign against Palestinians in various parts of the West Bank as well as occupied Jerusalem.
The Palestinian Prisoner Society said in a statement that the occupation forces raided a number of neighborhoods in occupied East Jerusalem as well as the cities of Hebron, Nablus and Jenin and arrested 26 Palestinians, according to (Petra) news agency.
Meanwhile, Israeli authorities issued orders to ban 23 Arab citizens from Jerusalem from entering al-Aqsa mosque compound for periods ranging between two weeks and six months.
