Doha: The Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs H E Ali bin Fahad Al Hajri met Jean Tislev,  Special Representative of the Swedish Foreign Ministry and liaison officer with the Syrian opposition, who is in Qatar on a visit. 

They discussed bilateral relations and means of bolstering them in addition to matters of mutual concern.

Latest developments in Syria were also reviwed.

The meeting was attended by the Swedish Ambassador Max Pure and a number of officials from the Foreign Ministry.
