Doha: The Heir Apparent and Chairman of Qatar Leadership Centre’s Board of Directors H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani presided over a centre’s meeting at the Emiri Diwan office yesterday.
The centre’s programmes of leadership, present and future executive leaderships and their activation were reviewed.
Also reviewed were the government leaderships programme (in Arabic), the centre’s regulations, in addition to what has been taken and the centre’s plan of action. A number of decisions and recommendations were taken in this regard.
Qatar Leadership Centre works in collaboration with the best international educational institutions on preparation to upgrade leadership skills through the application of internationally recognised best practices in the field.
The centre plans to offer programmes designed specifically for the current and future Qatari leaders of various levels in the public and private sectors.
In addition, the centre will provide a section for research and studies specialised in leadership and development of human capital as well as seminars and workshops in the field through its diverse functions and leading role in promoting the building of the future of Qatar, achieving sustainable development and realising the aspired growth in accordance with Qatar National Vision 2030.
