Qatar and Morocco signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the construction of new headquarters of Supreme Judicial Institute in Morocco. The MoU was signed by Massoud Mohamed Al Amri, head of the Court of Cassation in Qatar, who is also the President of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), and Morocco’s Minister of Justice and Liberties Mustafa Al Ramid and Minister of Economy and Finance Nizar Baraka.
