Doha: Kerala Social and Cultural Affairs (KSCA), a cultural association affiliated to Indian Cultural Center (ICC), under the aegis of Embassy of India, honoured the Minister of State for External Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs of India V Muraleedharan in Doha.
The Minister arrived in Qatar yesterday on a three-day official visit and was speaking at a community reception organised by ICC in association with Indian expatriate community organisations.
KSCA President Satheesan Thattat, General Secretary Rajesh Pattathil, Ladies Wing Secretary Tara Ranjeet and other committee members presented the minister with the memento.
