A variety of creative and informative activities marked the English Day Celebrations at Birla Public School recently.
The students of Grade I & II performed choral recitation, while Grade III was engaged in poetry recitation. Projects on various authors were the activity for the students of Grade IV & V. Display advertisements, poster making and cover page designing were organised for Grades VI, VII & VIII respectively.
The declamations by Grade IX students recounted excerpts from the inspiring speeches of great leaders. Grade X students organized a literary fair and the senior secondary students showed their mettle through power point presentations on ‘Indian Writers in English’.The Peninsula
