Doha: Ooredoo and Kahramaa yesterday launched a new promotion that will give customers the chance to win one of 15 iPad Air tablets when they pay their water and electricity bills via Ooredoo’s Self-Service Machines (SSMs).
The promotion until June 30 is the latest in a series of initiatives to highlight the convenience and incredible range of options provided by the nationwide network of SSMs.
Ooredoo is supporting the draw for the unbelievably thin and light iPad Air device as part of efforts to enhance customer experience for everyone who uses the SSM network.
Customers can make real-time payments to Kahramaa via the SSM network so that all updates are reflected instantly on their accounts.
Since the facility to pay Kahramaa bills was launched in 2012, it has become one of the most popular features on Ooredoo SSM.
With more than 200 SSMs at easily accessible venues throughout the country, customers can manage their Ooredoo and Kahramaa accounts at locations, including the airport, Bu Samra border, drive-through SSMs on main highways and in popular malls and main shopping areas.
Customers can also top up Hala accounts, update accounts and purchase vouchers for shopping, vacationing and dining experiences that can be used with some of the most popular brands in Qatar.
