ISLAMABAD: At Least 17 people have been killed in violent incidents during the last 24 hours in different areas in Karachi, the capital of Pakistan's southern Sindh province.
Police sources said that the incidents took place in different areas, including Malir, Korangi, Orangi, Surjani Town, Agra TAj Colony, New Karachi, Defence, Mewa Shah, Lee Market and Yasinabad.
Police said that those killed include Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) political activists, Azhar Ayub and Farasat Mirza, who were killed in Yasinabad. (QNA)
