Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday received a telephone call from President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh. They discussed means of bolstering relations.
Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani ratified Cabinet Decision No. 32 of 2014, exempting Mesaieed Power Company Ltd from income tax.
It stipulates that the company is exempted from income tax for another year starting from January 1, 2013.
Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued an instrument of ratification for a memorandum of understanding signed with Cyprus on cooperation in sea water desalination and treatment of wastewater for re-use.
The Emir also issued instruments of ratification for a draft MoU on health cooperation with Albania; and a draft agreement on regulations for employing Albanian workers in Qatar.
The Emir issued an instrument of ratification for an agreement on cultural cooperation with Peru.
Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani ratified Decree No. 30 of 2014 to endorse an MoU between the Foreign Ministry and its counterpart in Ecuador.
The Emir also ratified Decree No. 31 of 2014, endorsing an agreement on encouragement and reciprocal protection of investment between Qatar and Belgium–Luxembourg Economic Union.
