Doha, Qatar: Our Kitchen Garden Doha, an organic agriculture group in Qatar, has begun distributing free seeds to its members.
Started with the idea of farming for health and wellness, this association has successfully crossed 9 seasons.
Preparations for the start of Season 10 has begun as the summer heat subsides and the weather becomes suitable for farming.
Prior to that, on August 5, our Kitchen Garden Doha Member and ICC Advisory Council Member Ashraf Chirakkal inaugurated seed distribution by giving seeds to Meena Philip, the founding member of Our Kitchen Garden Doha.
The seeds collected from Kerala and Qatar were distributed to all the members. The kitchen garden members who have made preparations and are ready will start the new vegetable cultivation by the end of August.
