Doha: Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Regulatory Authority honoured two Qatari graduates who completed the intensive annual Graduate Fellowship Programme (GFP).
Chief Executive Officer Michael Ryan congratulated Sara Al Hajri and Salman Al Sooj at a ceremony, attended by senior executives.
The Authority is delighted that Al Hajri and Al Sooj have now accepted ongoing roles in the supervision division of the Authority, he said.
The GFP is for Qatari graduates seeking a career in financial services and offers first-hand experience in a regulatory organisation, under the guidance of international personal mentors who are experts in their fields.
The Authority recruits and trains Qataris to help shape the future of the country in line with the Human Development Pillar of the Qatar National Vision 2030.
Applications are open for the next GFP.
