DOHA: The Youth Company Qatar has launched online application forms for the programmes and events of the third annual Run The World Festival (RTWF) to be held on December 19-21.
Youth registering for the programs of RTWF will have the opportunity to pursue a range of activities as well as jobs coordinating the events. The Volunteer Program, for instance, allows youth between the ages of 14 – 29 years to sign up for positions on event coordination, registration, health and safety as well as social media.
The Internship Program, on the other hand, provides managerial positions in areas such as event logistics, operations and communications.
Youth can showcase their skills through the “Youth Got Talent” Competition – one of RTWF’s trademark events. Applicants selected for YGT are called upon to audition for the talent show and showcase their unique skills in performing arts. Viewers can vote for their favourite youth stars, the winners of which will be announced on the final day of performances, composing a one-of-a-kind entertainment show for the visitors of the festival.
