Doha’s clear afternoon skies were painted in blue, red and white as the world-famous Royal Air Force team Red Arrows treated hundreds of onlookers to a spectacular display of aerobatics on Thursday.
Eager viewers spread along the Corniche watched and captured images of the group of nine red BAE Systems Hawk aircraft as they took to the skies, showing precision formations and loops and rolls.
Red Arrows is on a five-week tour of the Middle East, during which it is scheduled to stage aerobatic displays in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
