Doha: Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) opened a branch office in Muaither. Business/working hours for the branch are from 9am to 9pm from Saturday through Thursday.
The new full-service Muaither branch will provide the full range of QIC’s personal insurance products (car insurance, home care insurance, travel insurance etc) to the existing and prospective customers residing in the Muaither area.
The branch was inaugurated by Senior Deputy Group President and CEO of QIC, Ali Al Fadala in the presence of eminent dignitaries. Fadala said: “I am very excited about expanding our services in Muaither. The new branch opening is a part of our strategic initiative to expand our reach to new customers and grow our existing customer base in Muaither. This branch will also be processing motor claims requests, thus enhancing our service levels and becoming more accessible to our customers residing in Muaither. We look forward to growing this new branch with our customers in the years ahead.”
He added, “The Muaither branch was opened to meet the demand for QIC’s insurance products in Muaither. Opening of this branch is in line with QIC’s channel strategy of reaching out to customers across Qatar by being part of the local business life.”
