Barwa Real Estate Company , the leading real estate and investment company in Qatar and the region, announced that it is in the process of selling treasury shares owned by Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (Al Aqaria), one of Barwa’s wholly owned subsidiaries.
The number of these shares is 50106, and will be sold in accordance with the regulatory procedures issued by Qatar Financial Markets Authority.
