DOHA: From January 1, 2013, Qatari travellers transiting through Beijing will be allowed a free-visa stay in the Chinese capital city for 72 hours. Qatar and the UAE are the only countries in Middle East and North Africa region that have been included among 45 countries whose citizens will be granted the facility.
