Al Matbakh-Rooftop Grill at Arumaila Boutique Hotel, part of Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels, was officially unveiled recently.
Karim Abou Gabal, Hotel Manager, Arumaila Boutique Hotel commented, “Through Al Matbakh-Rooftop Grill, our goal is to constantly evolve the concept of alfresco dining. We are achieving this by striking a delicate balance between a plush atmosphere, great service and delectable food all encompassed with a fabulous view of the modern skyline beyond. We aim to cater to both the local community and international visitors, introducing a great meeting point for fine food, in the melting pot of cultures that is Doha.”
Offering a diverse menu including premium grades of Wagyu beef, Angus tenderloin, tender Scottish lamb and the freshest seafood from Gulf waters including Hammour, lobster, calamari, and jumbo shrimp, the restaurant can seat up to 60 guests at a time. Guests can sample creations by international chefs straight off the grill from the open kitchen which includes an authentic Tandoor oven.
The restaurant is open every night from 7pm until 1am.
