Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued today Amiri Decree No. 63 of 2025, appointing Yusuf Mohammed Ahmed Al-Hail as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The decision stipulated that it be implemented, effective from the date of its issuance, and published in the Official Gazette.
