Thrilling aerobatics and aircraft on display entertained hundreds of aviation fans at Al Khor Airfield during the opening of the annual Al Khor Fly-In yesterday. In its eighth edition, the show is one of the most anticipated events for aviation enthusiasts in Qatar. Dozens of private planes by light aircraft owners from Qatar and flight clubs in other GCC countries are participating. Families and children took selfies with different types of aircraft. Today’s activities include free flying, parachute jumping and kite flying.
