Doha: The Advisory Council held yesterday its weekly regular meeting of its 43rd Ordinary Session under the chairmanship of Speaker H E Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi.
The Council discussed a draft law amending some provisions of Law No. 3 of 2007 concerning exploitation of natural wealth resources, and decided to refer its recommendations to the Council of Ministers.
The Council also reviewed a draft law on the issuance of a safety list for ships with smaller payloads that are not covered by international maritime treaties in the GCC States and decided to submit it to committee for services and public utilities to study it and submit a report thereon.QNA
