Qatar signs cooperation agreement with New Zealand in education

The Minister of Education and Higher Education H E Dr Mohamed bin Abdulwahed Al Hammadi and New Zealand’s Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and Associate Trade Minister Todd McClay signing the agreement.

Doha: Qatar and New Zealand yesterday signed a cooperation agreement covering the fields of education, higher education and scientific research.
The Minister of Education and Higher Education and Secretary General of the Supreme Education Council (SEC) H E Dr Mohamed bin Abdulwahed Al Hammadi and New Zealand’s Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and Associate Trade Minister Todd McClay signed the agreement.
The agreement includes development of cooperation aspects between the two countries in the fields of education, higher education and scientific research such as exchanging expertise, visits and the best educational practices. A number of senior officials attended the signing ceremony.
