H H Sheikha Moza bint Nasser attends the first international conference of the Research Center for Islamic Legislation and Ethics (CILE). The conference — ‘Arts and Politics from an Islamic Perspective: Critical Questions’ — was the first such event to be organised by CILE, a member of Qatar Foundation. Sheikha Moza attended the third panel on ‘Politics and Ethics’. The one-day conference brought together scholars of Islamic jurisprudence, artists and politicians to discuss critical issues relevant to today’s cultural and political spheres. (AR Al-Baker )
