DOHA: The Advisory Council held Monday its weekly regular session under its Speaker HE Mohammad bin Mubarak Al-Khulaifi.
At the outset of the meeting, HE the Secretary-General of the Advisory Council Fahad bin Mubarak Al-Khayareen read the agenda which was then agreed upon.
Then the Council endorsed minutes of its previous session.
The Council reviewed a draft law excluding the railway networks construction project "Qatar Rail" from implementing the provisions of Law No. (4) for 1985 on the organization of the buildings.
The Council decided to refer it to the Public Services and Utilities Committee to study it and submit a report thereon to the Council.

The Advisory Council's Public Services and Utilities Committee held a meeting today under its Rapporteur Saqer Fahad Al-Meraikhi.
The Committee studied a draft law excluding the railway networks construction project "Qatar Rail" from implementing the provisions of Law No. (4) for 1985 on the organization of the buildings.
The Committee decided to submit its report thereon to the Advisory Council. (QNA)
