Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Justice has announced the launch of electronic usufruct services and the digital ownership certificate for usufruct rights through the Sak App for smart devices, as part of its ongoing digital transformation efforts.
The initiative, introduced by the Real Estate Registration Department, allows beneficiaries to complete usufruct-related transactions electronically and obtain a digital certificate of usufruct ownership directly through the application, without the need to visit service centres.
