DOHA: Qatar National Bank (QNB), under its Learning and Development Center, has organised a management training and development programme in collaboration with Aon Hewitt Center, a US-based Human Resource consulting firm, to develop and strengthen leadership capabilities of its distinctive talents, a press statement said yesterday.
QNB is keen to develop and train its competent staff to highlight their potentials and invest in them to achieve their professional aspirations and goals. The programme comprises an integrated series of training courses for learning and development.
The programme also aims to introduce a range of ways that help in learning and implementing new abilities and behavioural skills. Through workshops, employees will have the ability to increase their efficiency and make a change in line with future professional developments.
Upon passing three phases, the trainees will receive a certificate approved by the Aon Hewitt Center.
